LT GlamCam – Terms and Conditions & Booking Policies

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

1. Booking & Payment Policy

● A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm

your booking.

● The remaining balance must be settled at least 24 hours

before the event.

● Accepted payment methods include GCash, bank transfer, and

cash.

● Failure to complete payment on time may lead to

cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client-initiated cancellations will follow this policy:

● 5 days or more before the event: Booking may be rescheduled

once, subject to availability.

● 4 days or less before the event: Down payment is forfeited.

● Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or early event ends are

non-refundable.

LT GlamCam may cancel bookings due to unforeseen events (e.g.,

severe illness, natural disasters). In such cases, a full refund

or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Rebooking Policy

● One-time rebooking is allowed if requested at least 5 days

before the original event date.

● Rebooking must be used within 60 days, or the deposit will

be forfeited.

● All rebookings are subject to availability.

4. Damage & Liability Policy

● The client is liable for any loss, theft, or damage to LT

GlamCam equipment caused by guests or organizers.

● A ₱2,000 refundable security deposit may be collected and

returned within 3 working days after the event, provided no

damages occur.

● LT GlamCam is not responsible for injuries caused by guest

negligence or unsafe behavior.

5. Travel & Location Policy

● Events held beyond 10 km from Bais City will incur

additional travel fees.

● For remote or hard-to-access areas, clients must notify in

advance to assess setup feasibility.

● LT GlamCam reserves the right to decline bookings if safety

or accessibility is compromised.

6. Service Time & Overtime Policy

Standard Booking Time Example: 4-hour package (e.g., 4:00 PM to

8:00 PM)

Overtime Policy:

● Any extension beyond the agreed hours is considered

overtime.

● Overtime must be requested in advance or on-site, depending

on team availability.

● Rates: ₱750 per 30 minutes or ₱1,500 per full hour.

● Overtime is subject to crew availability and must be

confirmed before the original end time.

Sample Scenario:

If the scheduled time is 4:00 PM–8:00 PM and the booth starts at

5:00 PM due to program delays, service will still end at 8:00 PM

unless the client opts for overtime.

7. Weather Policy

For outdoor events:

● Clients must provide proper cover or tent for equipment.

● LT GlamCam reserves the right to pause or cancel operations

if weather poses safety risks.

● No refund will be issued if the event is disrupted by

weather without proper cover provided.

8. Use of Content

● LT GlamCam may use photos or videos taken during events for

marketing and promotional purposes (social media, website,

etc.).

● Clients may opt out in writing before the event to exclude

their event from public use.

9. Setup Requirements (Rearranged & Finalized)

To ensure a smooth setup and safe operation of the SpinCam

booth, the following conditions must be met:

1. Venue Space & Surface

A minimum of 10ft x 10ft flat, stable surface is

required for proper booth setup.

2. Power Access

A power outlet must be available within 10 feet of the

setup area.

3. Early Venue Access

Clients must provide access to the venue 1–4 hours

before the event for setup, testing, and adjustments.

4. Vehicle Access

- The setup area must be easily accessible by vehicle to

allow for safe and efficient unloading of heavy

equipment.

-If the location includes stairs, elevators, or distant

access points, the client must inform LT GlamCam in

advance.

5. Parking Requirement

One reserved parking space near the entrance must be

provided for the crew vehicle.

If the venue has limited or paid parking, clients must

arrange and cover the cost of parking

10. Guest Conduct

To protect everyone’s safety:

● No food, drinks, smoking, or jumping on the platform.

● Guests must follow operator instructions at all times.

● LT GlamCam reserves the right to pause or stop service if

guests’ actions endanger the equipment or crew.

11. Crew Safety & Welfare

● Clients must provide a safe, respectful, and cooperative

environment for LT GlamCam staff.

● For events lasting 4 hours or more, clients must provide at

least one crew meal or food allowance.

Agreement

By confirming your booking with LT GlamCam, you agree to all the

terms, conditions, and policies outlined in this document.
